Adult coaching with Adam
Adam Purnell introduces two adult coaching options at Selby Padel Club.
New to padel? Adam explains what to expect from an introductory session.
New to padel? Not a problem. No experience, limited experience. Come down to Selby padel. We do intro to padel sessions where you'll come down, you'll learn the basic techniques, you'll learn the serves, you'll learn all the rules of the game. Come, enjoy the one hour session. At the end of it, you'll be ready to play any game you want to play.
Played before? Adam introduces sessions focused on developing your technique.
Have you played padel before? Need to work on your technique? Come down to beginners drills and we'll go through the seven aspects of padel and we will improve your techniques. That's the one innit?
